  2. Limit Contact:

    • If possible, minimize your exposure to toxic individuals. This might involve limiting time spent with them or creating physical and emotional distance.

  3. Focus on Self-Care:

    • Prioritize self-care activities to maintain your mental and emotional well-being. This could include activities you enjoy, exercise, and spending time with positive influences.

  4. Seek Support:

    • Share your experiences with trusted friends, family members, or a therapist. Having a support system can provide validation and guidance.
