  3. Drink More Water:

    • Adequate hydration is essential for bodily functions, including digestion, circulation, and temperature regulation.
    • Adjust your water intake based on factors like climate, physical activity level, and individual needs.


  4. Manage Sleep Well:

    • Establish a consistent sleep schedule to regulate your body's internal clock.
    • Create a sleep-friendly environment by keeping the bedroom dark, quiet, and cool.
    • Avoid electronic devices before bedtime to promote better sleep quality.
